Welcome to OACYS Technology

We are happy to announce that OACYS Technology and Springville Wireless have come to an agreement for OACYS to purchase Springville Wireless as of July 1st and provide service and support to all Springville Wireless customers. OACYS is based in Porterville and has been in business since 1982. Having over 20 years of experience in providing reliable wireless Internet, OACYS will use this change as an opportunity to better serve both existing Springville Wireless customers and OACYS customers in the Springville area. Using the new combined tower locations from both companies we look forward to increasing speeds and further improvements.

OACYS has 24×7 phone support and several full-time field technicians that will be supporting you as our customer. We are typically able to respond to any service issues that may come up within hours, whether at your residence or a tower. Several of our local staff members live in Springville, including our owners Ryan and Joslyn.

Springville Wireless plans and pricing for existing customers will continue through the transition and additional plan types will be offered as the company resources and equipment are combined. If you are interested in exploring plans with higher speeds prior to the wide-spread changes mentioned above, please reach out to the OACYS office for possible options at your location. OACYS already has residential plans available in the Springville area with speeds of 60Mbps for under $100/mo that may be a good fit for you.

During this transition, please take note of the following key facts:

1.  Customer Invoicing is to remain as you are used to from Springville Wireless,  in the same method as you are used to paying.
2. Payments for Internet will need to be made to OACYS through one of the following methods:
   • Credit Card payment by phone (559-781-4123) or online at https://oms.ocsnet.net/UserAdmin/
   • Check / Money Order can be mailed to:

     (Please include your OACYS Account number shown above)
   • ACH / bank draft payment is also available, call 559-781-4123 for more details
   • Cash, check and other payment types can also be received in person at our main office at 767 N Porter Rd, Porterville. Office hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm on Saturday.
3. You should’ve received an email July 1st, containing your username and temp password for access to the OACYS UserAdmin portal. The general purchase notice went out by email on 6/30. Please login soon to change your password before it expires.
4. 24×7 phone support will be handled by OACYS – you can continue to use the Springville Wireless support phone number at 559-539-8551, or call OACYS directly at 559-781-4123.
